Offbeat is a  Music Moves Europe project co-funded EU and initiated by the Périscope in partnership with le Petit Faucheux (France) and BMC – Budapest Music Center (Hungary) in 2021.

Based on a european collaboration and partnership with different networks, we intend to discover, meet, connect with creative spaces in order to federate hybrid cultural clubs and venues. We mean to higlight the role and impact of places that at the heart of artistic scenes, which implement technical, human and artistic resources for them to grow from local to European scales.

Offbeat is willing to help these clubs to get a better recognition by a landmark that defines our philosophy and our activities.

To this end, we will soon be presenting a series ofvenues to discover, to follow and to connect with. Spaces that correspond to Offbeat’s principles and whose energy and initiatives contribute to the vitality of innovative artistic scenes.
